It was a bug.....anything to insult "feminists"....
Cringe is real.
Seriously getting triggered over a bloody slim character?
Get over yourselves who ever is getting offended by this, seriously, Mei was wearing arctic padded gear, she wasnt fat from the start morons.
Undoubtedly someone misunderstood that arctic gear=fat female character which is just, facepalm levels of cringe.
God, why are we still having issues over things like this, why?
Its so petty and pointless to even bring it up anymore. Who ever is getting offended I say, Be offended nobody *cares*.
Its only annoying enough to reply to because people never shut up about it, like a bee that never stops buzzing in your ear.

People need to get a grip on reality if this is a problem for them
Ssssh, if you stop paying them attention they'll disappear.
Seriously? I'm really getting sick of blizzard back peddling at this kind of shit. It makes me not want to support them or their products when they're constantly bending over backwards. As reported by Kotaku
I like my girls to be chubby. I demand a juicier Mei
Nah just kidding, I respect women inner beauty and if she wants to lose weight she might.
Nope. http://kotaku.com/overwatch-heroes-r...hes-1790993326 would be actual evidence supporting a claim. While only searches, it carries more weight than your empty statement of ignorance.

There could be rigging issues if her robot and clothes (which are probably parented) are done so to specific points on her model that are noticeably farther from her body on her standard parka model.
The back and left side of her blouse/dress are very clearly suffering from this problem. They taper outwards to meet the area where her parka would normally end but have to do so at a much steeper angle; ergo, it makes it look screwy.
Her hips also don't make a lot of sense with her being that skinny. She'd have one hell of a lumbar problem.

Words to live by.
This is just the usual fan wank involving a few people posting shit on both sides on social media like people do about every topic. Except kotaku decided to make it "news" which is like if fox decided to cover conversations in bars as news. Saying "feminists" as if its the movement itself posting and not some random posters, is eyerolling.
The issue is that the model was disproportional from the back unintentionally, and the designers didn't notice it until recently. Its a common mistake especially when characters have backpacks.
I've not actually seen this, I've seen plenty of Trump Youth bitching about these people, but I've not actually seen the original bitching to be bitched about. There may have been, but it has absolutely nothing to do with what's gone on here. It's like the out of character Tracer pose all over again, rewriting the narrative to attack feminism essentially.
