To be fair, ignoring adds and burning boss is a pretty legitimate strategy, nothing 'clever use of game mechanics' about it. It's been done forever.

You do realize on mythic botanist when one dies rest heal to full, that shadow priest dps is inflated from multidotting targets that will heal to full.
