well..considering how much dmg KB does atm (if played well 13-14% i guess) i d feelycraft at least a 5-6% overall dmg nerf? for krosus it would be smth like 40k dps loss.
so big that i wont have to switch to assa for krosus and SA next week thank god
maybe the revert the ap nerf after this fix or will the bench soon be calling our name
roughly a 35% nerf to kingsbane damage.
It seems they nerfed AP without realizing what was making us too strong, then they figured out AP was interacting incorrectly with KB but didn't revert the AP nerf. ;/ Hopefully they'll be swift to rectify.
When did this fix go live? Still managed 640k on Hc guldan at roughly 10 pm GMT

Because the reason we were doing too much damage was a bug not AP giving us too much damage, they nerfed AP and then later realised there was a bug with KB, they should fix the bug and revert the nerf. There is absolutly nothign wrong with Sin rogues being strong at what they are supposed to excel at, single target DPS. There is somethign very wrong if DHs and other classes with very strong AoEs can outdps Sin rogues single target.
75TH percentile on an instance noone has even completed yet
good job on that statistic man, about as accurate as a stormtrooper's aim
these metric statistics are bullshit and completely inaccurate even when measuring in normal circumstances let alone this way
there arent even logs for all 10 bosses yet, the logs with the best players are hidden
assa rogues are topping in nothing but ST fights and even there they're below DHs if you look at top ranks
there isnt a single boss where assa rogue is rank1.
not that i care, i main sub anyway, a nerf to assa is good news for me i feel less pressured to switch

Looking at my own logs for the week, it is anywhere from 30k to 40k DPS, which is 5% to 6% nerf which is colossal for a spec that wasnt close to being as OP any of the other melee specs.

I know this isn't super scientific, but I did the same amount of time as my last krosus kill and I did not see a huge difference in kingsbane damage. Somewhere around 1%.
people overreacting like always, we are still a really strong spec and if you think fixing a bug ruins a spec you should probably stop taking this game so serious
No idea how you calculate. Worst case is 25% decreased damage per kingsbane execute. Kingsbane has just an damage cap. Initial damage and the first tick is doing normal damage as before, all the upcoming ticks are caped at 300(600)k for my gear. Only the last two ticks will suffer a lot.
While the overall ballance for sure isn´t perfect I don´t see why Blizzard would want only 1 spec out of 20+ to be this strong on boss dmg. I mean I don´t think that assa rogues are the only spec that "is supposed" to excel at st. And as much as I hate it, since I experienced it myself, if they can ballance something in a way they see it fit they will do it even if it causes a spec to turn out going to the bottom third or bellow from all of the sudden. I would expect assa rogues to turn out slightly bellow average tho, so while annoying I have seen much worse
