At least my post didn't get completely ingnored.

It's an aesthetically pleasing watch, that's for sure. It's just unfortunate that it runs out of steam at some point. You should also not go into it expecting anything substantial, though it is fairly creative in its own way.

Well, I try not to ignore posts like that because...well...mine get mostly passed over as well. However, it's the same issue of commenting on a series that I haven't seen.

Speaking of posts of this type...

Finally finished Kino no Tabi.

That was a weird little show, and I think you summed it up well. I think the closest comparison is Gulliver's Travels, where each new location is fantastical and usually provides social commentary. I ended up giving it a '7', but I'm not sure how fair that is because my problem was expecting way too much of it. The societal themes were only meant to be quips for the most part; short jabs at how things are run, but not any sort of deep analysis or reflection. I mostly watched it unfulfilled and walked away grumpy, but giving it the score I did because I could appreciate it not being yet another run-of-the-mill series.

Just finished the Gigguk video on, "Your Waifu Doesn't Love You." I know somebody linked it a while ago, but just finally decided to check it out now. Per usual it has some very crass elements, but at the same time it was really quite funny with his usual brand of self-reflective commentary.
