Not denying it could have happened, just that someone would be so emotionally connected that they'd cry over it. Especially in public, on tv... There's some alternative motive to tears in that kind of situation.

Not to mention how gross it is to compare holocaust Jews to some Muslims being denied immigration to a country for a few months.
