Because no one likes cocky fuckers in this world, so when you leave a number 1 guild (Method) and go and start your own guild then claim 'your the best pve guild' , it makes you look a cunt if you cant deliver.
Not only that serenity isnt smart enough to realize that the brand name 'Method' holds the 'Number 1 guild in the world achievement before nighthold not the individuals in it.

afaik in the US you get 10 days vacation, but most jobs will give added allowance for sick days. in the UK (at the very least, unsure about the rest of western europe) you are simply given X number of days vacation and that includes sick leave, typically it's 28 days (which includes the 8 bank holidays the UK has) so in reality you have 20 days vacation. i, myself, have 30 days excluding bank holidays.

Sick days (Days you have a doctors note for) are illegal to deduct from vacation in all of the EU. They're unlimited and mandatory. If you get sick and get a note during vacation, they even have to give you your vacation days back.

Blackhand was a pretty short fight, not surprising the wipes pile up fast on him.

Archimonde phase 2 was pretty tough as well and that's only a few minutes in.

I'd say a guild that's existed for 2 tiers, led the WF race until now, had roster issues, then got beaten by a guild that's been raiding high end for at least 12 tiers now, and is still ahead of Method, is doing pretty good if you ask me.
