Oh yeah, I watched Haibane Renmei recently, it was good.

I have a soft spot for that series. I just thought it was very heartfelt in a basic way, with a good balance of mystery that left everything feeling appropriately otherworldly.

How was S1? I've been looking for something cutesy and fun to watch and Show by Rock seemed like it could be it, but it looked like it could also go the wrong way and be too cliché and boring.

it was alright. It has some weird cgi for some parts. I'd say if wanted something cute and fun to go with something more solid like I don't see kiniro mosaic or gochiusa on your list. they might be a bit more cliche (basically cgdct and nothing happens, where show by rock actually has a bit of a story) but I think they're executed better.

urara meirochou this season is pretty fun and cute and slightly lewd
