Elite transmog vendors? When?

Anyone know when they are gonna put the elite transmog vendors in the game? Also can anyone buy the elite transmog set or do you have to be a certain rating to obtain them. I'm not talking about the old elite sets talking about the legion ones.

When season 3 starts, which will probably be in 7.2.

And you will need rating in season 1 or 2 to buy elite gear. Non-elite gear will be available for everyone.

Elite gear has the same names, but different colors/shoulders/heads than non-elite gear. You differentiate them by looks and ilvl (and elite gear has the "Elite" tag under the name).

In essence, PvP has 3 sets:

- Fearless Combatant (not class specific, one appearance per armor type [cloth, leather, mail, plate], lower ilvl)
- Fearless Gladiator (class-specific, one appearance per class, medium ilvl)
- Elite Fearless Gladiator (class-specific, one apperance per class, similar to normal gladiator gear, but different colors/heads/shoulders, higher ilvl)

If you don't do high-ranked Rated PvP, you probably have never seen elite gear.

Elite gear (2k rated) has only one color, not different. Both sides have exactly the same class set. Also getting 2k is very easy now both 2s and 3s so I would strongly suggest any1 who likes PvP and xmog to push rating

Do at least one random BG victory per day.
Do ant ranked PvP you can.

Worst case, you'll have enough Marks to buy the set when the season ends.

Don't run 2s it takes too long and some comps will counter u hard core. I'd advise running ret.surv.rdrood or Uh.ret.mw or rdrood , another viable but less strong comp is UA.ret.rshammy

Is there any difference between s19 and s20 gear, both normal and elite? I have never actually looked at the gear, just vendored whatever had lower ilvl... so I'm a bit clueless.

Even if you vendored, the moment you pick up new cloth it auto saves in the transmog appearances, so you should still have any cloth you picked up in legion as appearance.
