What image do you use for a desktop background?

I usually look for a dark image so it doesn't light up my room at night. And there's a perfect blank spot on the left for shortcut icons!

At work i just set my background white. At home i don't even know since i hardly ever see my actual desktop; I always have something open be it a game, youtube, or something else.

Plain black, or sometimes grey if I feel jolly.
However on a serious note, this picture creeped me out.

I do the same. I have a tiny logo on the bottom corner of my 2nd monitor just so I can tell it's on, but other than that both of my desktops are all black. I do it just to decrease the amount of light from my monitor.
