Call Charter over the issues I've been having the past two days. Automated bullshit, as expected, no help. Call for an agent, get sent to the wrong one after providing all my info. Transfer me to the proper one, she's sassy at me, goes through all this mumbo-jumbo about how there's no issue, THEN the very last thing she does is check to see if there's any kind of work being done on the lines, which there is. That could have easily been the first thing you told me.
Also, still coughing, like, really bad, voice is still cracking weak, and I got two more off days left to get better. Also probably need to get some grocery shopping done, not really sure I feel like calling a friend for help on that.
