I'm too late to get into mythic raiding?

I re subbed to wow 2 weeks ago after quitting 2 weeks after en came out. I'm wanting to get back into mythic level raiding, but after doing research i discovered that for the later mythic bosses you need high level traits in your artifact weapon. while i doubt i'll be joining a cutting edge mythic guild the lower mythic guild i presume still expect you to have at least 45+. At the moment i'm just getting to just to about to get my 34+ trait and i'm only at 18 artifact research and i'm back to 3/4 days for AK so i'm a few weeks of getting to 25 and even at 25 I've still got grind ap for the paragon levels.
Currently trying to grind for my second legendary drop, only just my 1st legendary last reset and i was lucky enough for it to be wake of ashes one.
Been trying to get into every normal raid i can, but some of the ilvl barriers are starting to become a problem. Trying to get into other peoples mythic keystones is hard just due to people accept higher ilvl players. I've been using my keys so that's the only ap i can get from them.
So we come back to the question i'm fucked this tier?

Unless you don't have a life (aka play only WoW and nothing else) and if RNG is on your side, I feel that you are.

I've rerolled a couple times and found my home character. I feel behind, but not as bad as someone who is starting now or rerolling now.

You'd have to be lucky to find a guild that will take you unfortunately. It's not even just this tier, it's this expansion. People are just inherently further ahead of you than you will ever be unless they stop playing.

7.2 will bring you close to back in line with everyone, play for now still though

In 7.2, you will be able to catch up easily. Untill then, not much chance without nolifing 54 traits asap.

If you possess the skill to play at that level, you have received plenty of time to catch up for Tomb of Sargeras

As others have said, if you can get yourself to 25 AK and do your WQs/LFRs/M+s, you'll be at a decent launch point for 7.2. But if you want to get into Mythic raiding right meow, it'll take quite a bit of effort on your part. By the time you'll be relevant the catch up mechanisms in 7.2 will be that much closer so it's really a question of whether that's worth it to you.

its all up to the RNG gods. get the right two ledgendaries...you could get in sub 45 traits, but you have to at least be 35 before most would look at you.

Instead of wasting your time asking random plebs on the internet, why not just ask the mythic guild recruiting on your server ?

Most of these guild struggle to find great players. So if you really are that good you'll find a spot in a raid, that's pretty much guaranteed. But be prepared to be judged harshly, and prove yourself.

And obviously, don't expect a spot right away in their next progression day.

Straight in to mythic guild? No, unless you have friends that are willing to carry you. But you might have a shot at finding a guild on heroic right now, and breaking in to mythic with them. Not gonna be easy though.

"Here's some of my older logs, I'll happily do some mythics or a pug normal with you so you can watch my performance and see if I have any potential." A conversation which might happen for a mythic guild short on roster.

You can't just expect to waltz back on in to the game and jump into the end game content with no effort or time investment.

If we're going to go that far, then I'd click on the dude's profile and find out that he's also made threads like this which are indicative of a trend of the guy either not performing or quitting the game after getting what he wants out of it. So, hey, while what you're saying could happen, it wouldn't happen in this situation.

Also make sure to get a couple BiS legs, if you're out of luck with them you're just out of luck.

Where did I say to do that ? I know most mmo players are quite dumb, you being a prime exemple, but I'm honestly curious where you read that ?

Is there another interpretation of "why not just ask the mythic guild recruiting on your server?"

he's putting your words in another way and it's true, why get defensive and start throwing insults, without some REALLY GOOD proof of how good a player you used to be with old logs or amazing achievement dates etc, no mythic guild is taking someone with 34 traits who is trying to gear by pugging normal.

OP has given no information in this thread of having any relevant data that would get him in an undergeared state into a mythic raiding guild, almost all the fights after the first 3 have decent berserk timers to meet, you're not carrying anyone for quite some time unless you're already raiding like 24 hours a week then you're probably 8/10 and have even less reasons to take such a player.

Good thing about raiding is that its done at many many different paces. Its never too late at all. You just need to find a group with the right mindset. Its not going to be easy, but its not "too late" as if there is some cut off where its impossible to enter.

My friend just came back a month and a half ago and he's already raiding with a 3/10M guild.

Of course he actually plays the game and tries to improve his character instead of wasting time on forums complaining.
