Bannon's speech... his tirade against the Administrative State (really, an assault on the international order, meritocracy and free trade), is remarkably horrifying. The notion that the GOP would ever need to do anything to get the vote of white supremacists shows a complete lack of understanding, of even the most basic political concepts. The DNC is the identity politics party so, it's pretty clear no racist was ever going to vote that way anyway.
