Support is not the same as offering advice. I can support you if you happen to think of something on your own. But I can also offer advice before you think of something on your own. Which is what you did about suing for physical damages. I found it interesting because I am unsure what would motivate you to not posit for suing for harassment as you did for physical damages. That felt satisfying but it is still wrong. Not to mention that those two could have taken it really bad and chase her.
What bothered me more than their catcalling was how they were driving and stopping the van so close to her, dangerous behaviour in traffic. Idiots.
