Best female character in WoW?

A hole bunch of elfs & humans. To bad there isn't a really cool and strong orc/troll/goblin female, or dwarf/draenei/gnome for that matter. Yrel and maybe Moira is not enough. Shame!

Agreed. Female spotlight seems to be reserved for humans and elves.

Other minor female characters would be Moira, Yrel, Magatha, Aggra, Aysa (maaybe?) are far less important, and I really can't think of any relevant goblin, gnome or troll female character. Blizzard give us some race diversity plz.

I couldn't agree more. Maybe I can understand the lack of a strong goblin/gnome female since there barely is a strong male either, and they didn't have that much focus overall. But due to their size I would say it's perfect for a female-focus. But I can't understand the complete lack of a Strong and Cool orc/troll/ or dwarf/draenei/, and yeah also tauren/worgen would be great ofc. I have mixed feelings for Yrel so it's hard to be satisfied with her. Blizzard have had so much time to write at least some badass female characters among other races then humans and elves.

I guess Sylvanas is great and all but it feels that as long she's in the game having the spotlight, the female spot is taken and there is no room for more. She's that much bigger then the rest. I hope the next expansion is about Azshara and they make her Awesome!

Well when you have a game designed for male players in puberty as well as adult males who are most likely virgins, it would make sense to have the spotlight on more appealing races in the game.

None of them imo. Majority of them are Mary Sues, and some of them are simply badly written. The one that seems the most interesting from this list is Azshara as devs didn't had a possibility to ruin her yet.

I guess Stormcaller Mylra is solid choice, as it's awesome level-headed, not ridiculously OP character, that shows attitude and managed to acomplish some stuff.

But I have yet to find female hero that I could totally cheer for, as WoW is terrible when it comes to delivery of major lore characters.

I voted Tyrande just because she's hilariously bad, but I wouldn't consider anyone on that list my favourite. The female I hate the most, (Jaina, our local, insane dreadlord) is on the list however.

Aegwynn is superior to all those choices, however I understand her low result in votes stems from the fact that she is not portraited in game. I also like Jaina, Sylvanas and Azshara from these choices though.
