My xmog:

Mix of MoP and Wrath Naxx items. Used the cloak to mirror the black, but the Formidable Cape, an off-white cape, works very well as the armor's "white" is a very close match.

The helm's angular attachments run perpendicular to the pointy part of shoulders, helping give it some balance, and offers reflection on the red touches on the cloak and sword.

also as i unlock more tanking skins i may use the artifact skin, but idk
for ret i plan to use the empowered ashbringer once i get it

most of the set comes from black temple, and stormwind repuation, with some from garrison bunker, and other from the warcraft movie promo

I really like your Transmog. Looks simple but awsome, and Blue/Yellow is just hands down the best colour combination.

Thank you for the suggestion! I tried using those shoulders before, but I felt like the red doesn't match the majority of the set as well. Will give it another shot though.

I finally assembled the Mythic T18 armor, matched it with a Mythic Nighthold BoE cloak (Sheaths), but I won't be using the set because of the smoke effects. They're like tiny, rapid-fire farts flying off in random directions; overdone and annoying when you run, and even worse when standing still. And the belt inexplicably sends out blue-green smoke from its red molten center.

It's too bad, because I like the color scheme.

i like the prot artifact weapon/shield so i matched it with the normal dragonsoul tier, im not a fan of the helm so i dont have one until i find a good replacement. Im thinking the heroic version with purple tint would go nicely with the purple ribbons on the shield as well.

Could be a graphic settings issue - I have the same deal with most particle heavy WoD sets (warrior T17M for example), but some people I play with say it displays as intended for them.
For me it's the two moving blades on the shoulders that ruins the HFC sets, but I can understand why you would hate the stream of fart clouds coming off from the belt/shoulders/helm.

The Mythic T16 shoulders/helm/belt are fairly good replacements for Mythic T18, see how you like them.
