Unless it's a cultural thing somewhere, I don't think a woman's first look at a man is wether he has full hair or not. As men tend to lack hairgrowth much earlier than women do, it should not be a problem. Everyone has a bald brother, father, grandfather or uncle.

As long as you don't pull a Trump with your hair, I don't think anyone will care because it's pretty normal. My brother got pretty bald in his middle twenties, so did all other males in my familiy... personal experience ofc, but it's not really uncommon.
Since you probably can't change anything about your hair growth - don't fret too much about it, just make the best out of it <3
