The least surprising plot twist in historyWe reviewed the intended drop locations of these items and they were not working as intended. They have been relocated and should be available in the current PTR build.
Ankleshanker, 110 Rogue, Aerie Peak US
I feel REALLY bad for all the die hard people who have been going thru the game with a magnifying glass looking for this...you have my deepest apologies.
So many items in this game are unobtainable, and we're told that it is, only for them to come out with a statement 6 months down the line saying that "it wasn't dropping as intended". The biggest offender is obviously still the Sha mount, but it's happened a -lot- this expansion.
So basically they should fire all the Game Masters who said it's working as intended because they didn't know shit.
Jesus, Blizzard. This is just straight-up incompetence. There's no excuse for it.

Someone posted this in the official forum. Boots also can be obtained in the same chest.
Time to farm coins -.-
I'm sad because of how it is obtained
MY X/Y POKEMON FRIEND CODE: 1418-7279-9541 In Game Name: Michael__
How utterly disappointing. Countless hours have been wasted on pickpocketing mobs and trying to figure out the mistery behind the Orc & Dead Adventurer in the Order Hall. And in the end it is was just in that goddamn vault. I mean having such a lazy implementation, how does that even need a PTR? Why not hotfix the loot table of that chest as usual?
How many times is this going to happen before you guys realize it's intentional? Bugged mounts (poseidius, poundfist, sha to name a few), skins, rare desired items, "rng"/drop rates they wont confirm. The info on them is released to keep people looking, GM's give false info, Devs give false clues, because they want to keep people sitting there playing. Blizzard implements tactics that casinos only dream of being allowed to do. After over 10 years it's not "tin foil hat" theories, it's just basic observation of their business practices.
Any news on this..?
