How do you plan on solving discrimination based on biology? That would be interesting to see in professional sports like weight lifting or running.

Their only possible solution would HAVE to be "teach women how to do X". Which is entirely possible to teach people how to do something. As long as it's 100% voluntary, I'm cool with it.

What other options do they have? They can force businesses to ALWAYS give women an advantage to counter men's ability to negotiate. But that's sexually discriminatory towards men. Which is the definition of sexism and straight up illegal.

Discrimination on the basis of biological outcomes is not sex discrimination, it's meritocracy.
