The other end is simply a high end mythic guild.

Yours guild is what the raid community refers to as a stepping stone. People join you then leave for a place where clearing the content doesn't take 6-7 months.

Pardon me, but which one would that be?
I'm not quite up to date on the 2nd part of "Pathfinder"; but to know knowledge none of the required steps require you to step into a raid.

Which is pretty much what I said in my edited post. I'll just copy it here.

Why not talk about them? That doesn't exist.

There might be a 25-50k dps swing from one pull to the next, but that's like less than a +/- 5-8% dps difference per pull. That's nothing too significant if you play consistently well then that difference will likely go away if the fight is more than a few minutes long.

And yes, on the fights we have both killed, I'm out dpsing them by a good amount.

If I felt like raiding 5 nights a week for 4 hours a night, I'd join a guild that does that. I like raiding 9 hours a week.

Too bad BM out performs MM on several fights and they're almost equal on the rest.

You're right that a lot of good players stubbornly stayed MM though.

I pretty sure players who actually clear the raids are a little more competent than you... a person who has never cleared a mythic raid ever.

also Mechanics wise there is probably a good reason to be MM but that might be to complex and in depth.
