Is it still available? on WoWhead it says its not available except on NM, but rest of the versions are all not available anymore.
So wondering, if this is bugged and it is not available too? Or for some reason nm is still only one available?

You can get them from HC and Mythic. LFR and Normal don't drop them.

They're still available.

The reason Wowhead is showing that (and which you would have known if you'd read the comments there) is that at some point they used the newer item scaling tech to merge all of the versions together, since they all have the exact same appearance. So it's the same item that drops from all possible modes, just with the item level scaling to the appropriate number.

(Also according to Wowhead the only drop on heroic and mythic. There's just versions for all four modes because of the way the scaling tech works.)

For some reason there are multiple versions on WoWhead, some obtainable, some unobtainable. No idea why the older ones are still listed on their system

Galakras is soloable now (they fixed it a little while back) and I've heard that Spoils is soloable, so the whole thing should be doable.

They are as rare as they were back in the days, so rare as fuck. Also, there's multiple SoO mythic groups up at all times on EU Alliance. The transmog is great in there, there are goodies like Dark Shaman set to be had, mounts to be farmed and people still run it for a bit of gold/achievements/filling up their armory page/whatever.

It's semi easy to solo on Mythic and it's easy to find a group.

They are fairly rare not as much as the mount but they have a unusual low drop rate. It is roughly 5-10% if I remember right.

I wish that was true.

My friend is up to 600+ kills and the loser still hasn't gotten them. I've heard of people with over 1000.

They might of lowered the drop of it then... I am going off what I saw when the tier was current.
