So legally, the Netherlands is entirely in the clear.

Having said that, I do agree with you that it was handled really poorly by the Dutch as well for election purposes

(and yes, all ministers automatically have diplomatic immunity)
I don't think attempting to go to embassy is a crime. If she wanted to give a public speech, you'd be right.

To be fair, this protest has almost been entirely peacefull & what you are saying is just wrong, as long as you dont have a permit for a protest you are not allowed to have it in pretty much any country

Like i said gombado, once you start burning things or throwing things or assaulting bystanders or law enforcement you lost the right to protest.

Right to protest anywhere, at anytime, without permission, so long as the protests are peaceful, is the essence of freedom to protest.

I really doubt that. And even if he did, doesn't stop me from commenting on his nonsense.

Oh really?? People in Ukraine beg to differ, as do their European masters. But its irrelevant, since everybody lies.

yeah.. no it isnt, not around here anyhoo. Public order > right to protest. For this very reason might I add, because a 100 something turks want to celebrate their fascist leader in far-away-land a couple of thousands cant do their own thing.

Also, there has been protesting outside the designated areas the entire evening.

I am sorry but this is simply not true, all protests need to be announced ahead of time so that the police can be organised to both protect the protestors and protect the environment in which they are protesting, also not all areas are suitable for protests, primarily if other people occupy that space already.

I dont think there is a single country in the world that allows protests anyplace anytime and anywhere

True, but Turkey still thought the door was open. Now it is most definitely closed.

Right now, Dutch Police is preparing to clear the streets of Rotterdam. Full charges are imminent.
