Why does my mage have lower que times than my dk?

Same faction, same server, queing for dps only, dk 5 mins mage 1-2.

Prior to legion they were always the same. What am I missing here?

I would imagine it has to do with what maps you have blacklisted on each character.

Yes, as long as you are below honor level 11 (or whatever level the last talent is at) you will be matched with people that are also below honor level 11.
