The POW hits everyone except the one that used it. It should be possible to figure out who used it, or at least narrow it down, by comparing vote trails with post counts.
I'm too lazy right now, as I don't think it is 100% indicative of being scum. Just scummy.

Irrelevant. Scum missed a cop clear on me once even though majority of town didn't. It's dumb and he has no reason at all to bring it up. You're also assuming that none of the players are prot TPR themselves.

The racers crossed the finish line one by one. This 200cc Excitebike Arena race had been a good warmup to get everyone in the racing mood. Baby Peach crossed the finish line first and stood there gloating at the rest of the racers. Several racers “accidentally bumped” her pink dragster one after another. When it was over and the dust settled too many “accidents” happened and it was evident her car was not going to be in any more races any time soon…
