Yeah I didn't get that "proper football" either. On one hand you have Spurs - Southampton, a game of little importance since Spurs are holding on strong up there and despite Southon being a decent team, that will be a solid 3 pointer for Spurs. Then you have Liverpool - Shitty which doesn't really mean anything at all since both teams are 35 points after Chelsea or w/e. I guess technically the battle for third might be key in the long run since MU might win EL and get the CL spot, but with 10 games left and Liverpool and City being more up and down than a rollercoaster, I don't think the game today will have that much impact on who finished third, but rather their form over the last 9-10 games.
Top 4 get CL regardless of whether United with Europa, if we don't get top four then there's just a fifth spot like Sevilla had this year.
Unless Leicester win the CL. Then 4th place loses their spot.
Rumours up here that Arsenal may be going after Aberdeen's Derek McInnes.
Could do worse IMO. Very highly thought of.
Ah it's all needlessly complicated.
Oh look Ali diving for a penalty, there's a shocker. At the very least super soft. Scumbag.
City v Liverpool game is far from a trivial affair.
Both teams have shit defence. Plenty of goals.
Tottenham are the best team to watch in the league. Absolutely love their team. Unfortunately for Spurs, they're serial bottlers.
Lloris - Alderweireld - Dembele - Erikson - Kane
That spine has the potential to be champions.
They are a well balanced side, managed by a very gifted manager.
Pochettino is perfect for English football. Outside of it, not so much.
This wasn't the best Spurs performance, but seeing out games like this is important, especially when missing Kane.
Just need Man City to win for my bet to pay off.
Wouldn't be annoyed with a draw though.
I'll go along with that once we beat City at home in a couple of weeks.
If we win that game. We've done it imo.

Jesus Christ.
Sterling missing an absolute sitter.
This lot couldn't finish their dinner, let alone a goal.

Honestly wouldn't be surprised if Pep threw the towel in at City.
The guy looks on the verge of a breakdown.
1-1. I'm happy if the game ends with this scoreline.
How is it even possible that this game is only 1-1? It should be more like 3-3 by now.... Its almost insane the kind of chances both teams have missed.
