Why would you want a pizza that is overly spicy? At that point you're not going to taste anything other than heat so you might as well eat the peppers straight.

I know. Especially when it comes out of a 1000F wood burning oven.

Spicy is awesome though. I don't like big chunks of peppers though, because even though I like spice, I don't like the taste of peppers.

Spicy is fantastic but it's supposed to compliment the food, not overwhelm it.

Best fruit mixed with one of the best dishes.

    10/10.

One of my staples when I was a lad, was a pizza, with garlic white sauce, mozzarella, feta, and pineapple. Nothing more is needed.

The true heathens are those who use tomato based sauces on pizza.

Calamari is the Italian word for Squid. No difference, just "calamari" sounds more palatable to people than "squid". It's like how we call the meat from young cows "veal" instead of "calf".

Though in America it has more or less become synonymous with deep fried squid from my experience.

If you can taste anything other than heat, then I'm calling shenanigans.

Don't know which world you live in that you find run-of-the-mill cayenne peppers "overly spicy".

It's only marginally more spicy than jalapenos. >_>

Personally, I don't really like spicy food in general. A bit now and then is okay, if it's mildly spicy, but everything exceeding that in quality and quantity is absolutely not my cup of tea. Same with savoury.
Sweet all the way for me. This includes fruit on pizza, but no spicy things.

I can't fault you for that and while I generally don't mind spicy food, I rarely go out of my way to make/order some. However, I am the absolute opposite of you as I can't stand sweets that much. Occasionally I'll get a craving for some but it's almost always savory foods I'm after.

Pineapple on pizza is fucking amazing. that Plus Habanero's. I like to call it a Kilauea Pizza.

It depends. I like it when it's done right. I like getting 4 cheese pizzas, adding my own carving-board style ham and pineapple pieces, and then cooking it. When it's almost done add more cheese on top. The trick is to strain / drain the pineapples for 15-30 minutes beforehand so you don't have their juices too much on the dough. Otherwise it doesn't turn out the best.
