Title says it, how much meat do you consume in a week and what type of meat? I don't eat meat myself but I am curious about how much others consume.
Is it a part of your daily diet or do you eat meat a few times a week, red or white?

a fair bit i guess, i eat a lot of chicken. i have meat for dinner 6 or 7 nights a week, depending on if i have fish that week. i usually have some sort of meat for lunch as well.
To be honest, I cannot remember the last meal I had without meat at all.
No special preference between dark and white.
But meats are stable part of the menu. One or two days a week I don't eat any.
Animal products however, dairy, I have daily.

Meat makes up about 1/4 of my diet. The meat I do eat is primarily. I very rarely eat fish or red meat and have pork maybe once every 3 weeks or so.
Almost daily (~4-5 times a week). Pork /beef/chicken/fish/wildhog/bison I dont discriminate any animals.
Meat isnt the main part of my meals its just there to enable a healthy balanced diet without needing pills.

Back in the day? Every day, every meal.

How much I wouldn't know, but usually several times a day. On bread, in salads, and as a main ingredient in most dinners. I make sure a decent chunk of it is fish though.
Was looking for this. There are only a few meals I eat that don't actually have any meat in it.
That being said, I try to only consume chicken and fish. I like the taste more, it's healthier, and chicken breast is still good for putting on some muscle mass.
You nasty.
I have some form of meat for dinner every night. Id say its around 80% chicken, 15% beef, and 5% pork. Every once in a blue moon I'll have seafood like fish or shrimp for dinner. Id like to eat seafood more but my wife isnt a big fan of it.
Depends on what we count as 'meat'.
I eat fish and even more so seafood (crayfish, prawns etc.) quite often. I do not ever eat any other types of meat.
