I don't think you are qualified to pass any comment on the work of paramdedics. Even if that was true in 1 country it doesn't mean it's true in all and I don't see how you or anyone could possibly know that info for all medics around the world.

Also as is clear from the tweet, the reporter wasn't sure if it was paramedics, police or a random passer by doing the resucc.... So that just further goes to show how ill informed your comment is.

What on earth are you harping on about? the Conservatives are directly responsible for THOUSANDS of mental health sufferers and sick people dying, why the hell should I respect them in any way, shape or form? I'd never wish death upon a person, I don't see any member of the conservative party as a person though, they're animals.
