    That's a leftover from when the spell had a 2 second cast time...

    Now figure why it doesn't happen.

    Cause new artifact skins are bigger and it is not easy for our fragile priest to lift the dagger anymore.

    did they just make it so pressing void torrent a second time cancels it?

    I ran in to that issue a few times in Nighthold last night. I was occasionally getting some weird input lag and there were 2-3 times I had hit VTorrent, wouldnt see it cast, so I'd hit again only to have it start casting and then stop shortly after. Hopefully a bug and not an intended change.
