Contrary? I thought it was obvious. WOW was always casual friendly, but what Legion did is an abomination, if you told a "vanilla" casual who barely has seen epics in his casual life, that in one expansion he will get legendarys from just logging in and doing 4 menial quests a day, he would tell you you're either mocking him or completely insane.
