I keep hearing republican politicians say

Trump has accomplished a lot since taking office.

    Really?

I don't know how many of those executive orders passed, and we know what happened with healthcare and the immigration ban, so really, what has he actually accomplished to the point that it's a done deal?

Plus, even if he builds the wall, the next democrat will knock it down, so that's just stupid to waste money.

Oh, wait, he has accomplished a 37% approval rating..... Yeah, I guess he did accomplish something. He's even pissing off the people who voted for him..... who didn't think this would happen?

EDIT: BTW, there is a casino in England taking bets on whether Trump completes one term..... 10 out of every 11 bets are going for him not being able to complete one term.

The only meaningful thing he has done so far is pull out of the TPP. That throws a wrench into trying to make that work again in the future.

He's trying to push a pipe through native american land.

He's had two muslim bans blocked.

I know he's signed a bunch of other executive orders but until he starts trying to close federal agencies I don't think he's going to manage anything "permanent".

I thought this article was pretty interesting. http://nypost.com/2017/03/25/dont-be...roval-ratings/

And keep in mind the betters in London had Hillary at pretty high odds to win.

He defeated Hillary and replaced Obama. That alone is a service to the country.

Defeating deprivalists on the Keystone pipeline issue is another accomplishment.

Feels before reals. That was Trump's Motto for his campaign, or at least it should have been.

    Is deprivalists a word?

Well, Trump has claimed credit for things like the national debt being reduced and unemployment numbers going up. Seems like he and the Republicans are content to take credit for stuff that was started under Obama.

It's going to take some Trump supporters longer than others to realize the mistake they made. Admitting you're wrong isn't easy to do.

He's lost quite a few people over the Trumpcare disaster and I'm guessing he'll lose more if they really attempt tax reform. Because we know what tax reform means when a republican says it.

exactly what his campaign was run on, its not a surprise he's still in campaign mode.

Truth, facts, ect doesn't matter as long as the rhetoric "feels" right.

I do not think hardly any feel he is worse than Hillary would have been. Now in 4 years if the Democrats can put up a good candidate ( Not Warren:P ) they may change sides.

Look up green groups. They want all kinds of outlandish restrictions and have irrational fears of food science.

He's done a lot to make the US politics into a comedy show, I'll give him that! Other than that though, well, like he himself likes to say: "All talk, no action". Except, talking is also an action... Um... Let me remove myself quietly...

You do know executive orders are actions a president takes I am sure.

What, exactly, would have happened in these past nine weeks if Hillary had been president instead of Trump?

Would she be passive-aggressively whining at people on twitter?

Would she have had tried to pass unilateral Muslim bans only to have them turned down?

Would she have had the judicial branch give her the middle finger?

Would she have brought millions of Americans to the verge of losing healthcare only to have her own party split and fragment underneath?

Would she be embroiled in more and more of her underlings being found to have had ties to Russia?

Because I don't think any of those things would have happened.

Like, tell me, exactly, what Hillary would have been screwing up? What part of her policy would have caused the utter grease fire that is the current Trump administration?

Well, that was crazy talk. He didn't even have time to have had any of that happen because of anything he did when he said that.

I will try to keep this short. She would carry on a lot of Obama's agenda and if you disapprove of Obama's agenda, then that is a good enough reason.

    So, no specifics, then.
