Siphon Life not casting?

I'm mashing the key at times and it can take 2-3 GCDs to actually go on the boss. All my other instant casts seem to be fine. Has anyone else had this problem?

They hoarked spell queuing. Type in /console spellqueuewindow 250. This will take it back to the old spell queue values.

Experienced this a few times tonight. Did you change the latency back?
