It's not random. As far as can be told from current data, an assault spawns at either XX:00 or XX:30, ends 6 hours later and then another assault spawns 12.5 hours after that.

US server assaults so far as of this post (all times will be EDT):

2017.04.04 16:30-22:30 Azsuna
2017.04.05 11:00-17:00 Val'sharah
2017.04.06 05:30-11:30 Stormheim
2017.04.07 00:00-06:00 Azsuna

Which means the assaults for the rest of the week will almost certainly be as follows:

2017.04.09 07:30-13:30
2017.04.10 02:00-08:00
2017.04.10 20:30-02:30

It *does* appear that the target zone is random tho (presumably within certain limitations, but it's definitely not guaranteed that all four will spawn before a repeat occurs).

In Europe the first one was from 9-15, the next one 18 hours later from 3-9 and then the one after that was 19 hours later from 22-4. People expected it at 21, but it wasn't. It's random. Just because you see a pattern now doesn't mean there is on. If you roll a die several times and you get a 1, then a 2, then a 3, it doesn't mean that the next thing you're gonna roll is gonna be a 4. If you consecutively roll three 6s, that doesn't mean that you have a die that always rolls a 6.

the rep 1500 you get is from a one time quest from maiev might be weekly or just one time not sure yet until next week i'll talk to her and see if i can get it again. Invasions are just a good source of nethershards instead of mindless senitax farming.

My guess is either they changed it or something got bugged. Reason is because the Aszuna popped up last night and we totally skipped highmountain. The first 3 invasions followed a specific order that mathed out to be exactly even for 4 invasions in 3 days.

The choice of Aszuna might of been bugged but it also just could have been a coincidence that the last 3 weren't repeats.

As far as timing goes on the invasions...They haven't mathed out to be exactly even for 4 invasions in 3 days. 3 days is 72 hours, which leaves 4 6 hour invasions and 12 hours in between.

They did actually. First invasion was 5pm and last until 11pm on Tuesday. Second invasion was 11am and lasted until 5pm on Wednesday. Third invasion was at 5am and lasted until 11am on Thursday for US. I was there for all of them. The last invasion which I still claim to be bugged or purposely changed by Blizz started at 12am EST and last until 6am EST.

There are 12 hours between 15 and 3, not 18, and 13 between 9 and 22, not 19. Given that, i think it's more likely that two of your times are off by 30 min (and if they come from that spreadsheet of EU times i *know* that two of the times are 30 min off)

You are being thrown off by it being possible for assaults to begin at XX:30.

That would be tonight's (most likely 18:30-00:30 EDT) tho the Azuna assault on the 4th overlapped with prime hours as well (16:30-22:30 EDT)

I got my achievement for completing all invasions a few hours ago. They are really nice for farming Nethershards (and much less mind numbing than Sentinax farming), but that's mostly about it. :/
