Do i have to complete the proffesion chain quest before i get the legendary chain quest? also whats the most popular legendaries right now?

You need 800 skill which requires you to complete the questchain most likely to get the recipes-skillups.
The legendaries themself are all pretty horrible tbh, its mostly a statstick item for alts since it only requires lvl101.
Prices will plummet in a day or so and then cycle up and down for a bit when the building is up, doubt you'll actually sell much of em.
The amount of people willing to shell out alot of gold for an item is likely vastly lower then the amount of sellers.

Depends on class. For fury it's a top 3 legendary. give a stat stick enough ilvl and sockets and it will be better than any equip bonus effect ;P
