I like meat: steak, bacon, fish, chicken, eggs, etc. Big vegetable lover also, esp leafy greens. Simple sweets like dark chocolate or some crazy good vanilla bean dessert. Also honey or real maple syrup.
Despise starchy veg, rice, grains, pasta, etc.
Peanut butter should only say peanuts on the ingredient label. Maybe salt. At most, Ingredients: peanuts, salt. If that's what it says, it's pretty good for you.
Anyway, as an aside, it always makes me laugh when that ingredient label is followed by Warning: may contain peanuts.
