If "diversity of thought" means that they don't have racial minorities to minimize and repress, and don't have those pesky "racial equality issues" then sure. Otherwise, I'm pretty sure that people who support socialism do so regardless of what race or ethnicity they are.

Even then, look around these forums and you'll find plenty of people from those "culturally homogenous" countries who hate their socialist systems. Being all white doesn't mean everyone thinks alike.
