Probably somewhat in the order they are listed in the dungeon journal ingame...

    Why?

Wing 1: The Gates of Hell
    Goroth
    Harajatan
    Mistress Sassz'ine

    Wing 2: Wailling Halls
    Demonic Inquisition
    Sisters of the Moon
    The Desolate Host

Wing 3: Chamber of the Avatar
    Maiden of Vigilance
    Fallen Avatar

    Wing 4: Deceiver's Fall
    Kil'jaeden

Dunno if this design work regarding the Wings is still relevant/planned

This will not be the boss order, this is just the way LFR organized his wings.

While this is true, the order is often somewhat similar to the order in other difficulties - of course other difficultues sometimes give you a choice on where to go, which LFR does not reflect.

I was expecting the Spanish demonic inquisition boss to be in wing 1, and Mistress to be in wing 2 (since there is a direct path from her to the sisters wing)

Is similiar only with linear istances, and that's not ToS's case. Look at the boss order in NH's LFR: Krosus is the 8th boss...

Tomb is a bit more linear than NH. At least in that if you assumed boss difficulty increased in the order you came across them, you would do the bosses in the order in the dungeon journal whereas NH there would be no way to really know for the middle bosses.

Well and you might as well have killed Krosus as the 8th in Normal or Heroic, because after the first 3 there is no "order", other then what we made up based on difficulty.
The only fixed order NH has is the first 3 and the last two, everything in the middle was entirely up to the players to decide where to go first.

The Dungeon Journal lists Spell Blade and Tichondrius before Krosus, clearly that would also not agree with any difficulty-based order the players made up. So what exactly is the NH order? Well, there just isn't one, outside of Krosus usually being killed first, different groups went with different fights first.

Anyway, the point is that you *can* play the LFR order in any other difficulty if you want to, so it seems likely that this would remain true in Tomb as well, so it can offer some hint to the order. Its not like anyone posted any other more accurate information on which bosses we have to kill first and which choices are being offered.

ToS boss order isn't more linear then NH's one: u have to kill harajatan in order to access the sea witch figth, u must kill sisters of the moon to kill desolate host, and u have to kill the first 6th boss to kill the last 3 bosses (Maiden of Vigilance, The Fallen Avater and Kil'jaeden. So, the order of the first six bosses will be up to you, but i assume, following a difficulty order, will be something like Gorhor-> Hajatar -> Inquisition -> sisters -> sea witch -> Desolate host.

ToS's layout is pretty unique, couse you have 2 bosses in the main hub and 2 mini wings, then a final wing with the last 3 bosses.

what i know from PTR testing is that after you kill the first boss he cracks a hole in the ground on the left of the room that takes you to the naga brute and i assume mistress sass after. the door directly in front of the first boss leads up to inquisition with no other paths connecting to it. no idea where the door on the right side leads, i think it might head to sisters.
