I see what you did there.

Lost a lot of weight when I was depressed, weight barely 60kg at my lowest. slowly getting it back.
We're about the same height and weight (probably slight different fat distribution) but did you get 'cold patches' and tingly feelings at your lowest weight? I have them a lot more than I used at my 'normal' weight of 68kg.

    1.81m and 67kg

weighed in at 95kg just a year ago. Was aiming for 80kg but my dieting spiraled out of control. Struggling hard to regain weight. It is what it is, I guess.

My current weight is 89kg/196lbs at 191cm/6'3". I've stayed around that weight for a few years now, used to weigh under 80kg/176lbs until my early twenties.

Around 100kg at the moment. I've been "bulking" - it's called winter. Winter doesn't stop me from exercising, but for some reason (kaamos) I eat like a pig during winter.

Or not do. My weight practically doubles when I start moving large heavy objects around.

(6', 215 lbs and falling. Got sidelined by a couple major surgeries last year, so lost a lot of chest and shoulder muscle waiting for the abs to heal. Trying to crash down to 180ish before I start building back up again. My blood numbers are perfect, actually got yelled at for having low cholesterol.)

Unless you have a lot of muscle there's no reason to eat more at that weight/height, it's almost right in the middle of healthy weight BMI. If you want to weight more it should come from muscle.

Look at all the 80kg+ fatties, lol. Anything above 70 is overweight.

That is just not true - at least not as a blanket statement. It obviously very much depends on your height etc. For example, a 190cm man would definitely not be overweight with 70-80kg.
