Canada is a pretty damn big country and most of those will depend on where you are in the country.

Yes it's a nice place, apparently Canada is the #1 refugee intake in the world. THAT'S how friendly they are
But soon after Mr Xi secured a third term, Apple released a new version of the feature in China, limiting its scope. Now Chinese users of iPhones and other Apple devices are restricted to a 10-minute window when receiving files from people who are not listed as a contact. After 10 minutes, users can only receive files from contacts.
Apple did not explain why the update was first introduced in China, but over the years, the tech giant has been criticised for appeasing Beijing.

I think he's confused by the US. The country that keeps stripping citizens of their rights to privacy.

At least 2/3 of those people are in jail.

Karla Homolka on the other hand is still out there.

It's lovely, if you can somehow find a way to get over the fact that Tennisace is here.

Canada is nice, nightlife is great, many different styles of bars and events, its safe, it has chill people.

Its cold though and job opportunities and income are not as great as USA.

Well it is a constitutional monarchy so technically similar to a dictatorship but in practice its a democracy.

The answer to many of these questions is going to be "it varies". The Variables could be Provincial, Geographical, Population, etc.

For example...the Weather and Climate in Northern BC is quite different from that in Southern BC.

Constitutional monarchies are in no ways similar to a dictatorship. The whole point of a "constitutional monarchy" is to limit the power of the Monarch precisely so they cannot be a dictator. "A constitutional monarch is a sovereign who reigns but does not rule."

Absolute monarchies are similar to dictatorships.

The west coast is one of the nicest places on earth to live, but it can be expensive. And as far as the cold goes, we have a Mediterranean climate zone - so that should tell you something.
