Well, CC and engage are most important things for a Tank. Considering she lacks CC in Overwatch, I doubt she will work as a Tank in HotS. She has high mobility and potential for burst when sacrificing suit and you don't really want to sacrifice durability on your Tank while in middle of a fight.
She seems more like a meat shield harassing backline rather than a Hero to set up kills and protect allies.

Having all that "garbage" to customize your Heroes is actually fun, as I see it (I can't be the only one). Skins and mounts are great and all, but the big downside to the old system was that once you hit lvl 10 (9 if you did not get the Master skins), the customizing, and more importantly progression, just became very stale. Despite having several skins for some Heroes, I ended up using one set more often than not, simply because the customization was lacking. I think the 2.0 system is a lot more robust and it has given me a good reason to keep up my yearly stimpack purchase because of the progression system actually rewarding me to play Heroes that I have had at lvl 20 for months, if not a year already.
The Overwatch loot box system I don't have a problem with as well as the customization that the lower tier items provide. The problem I have with the loot boxes in Overwatch is the way that they have handled seasonal loot boxes, which they did improve upon a bit since the summer event last year. I would however never buy an Overwatch loot box for the simple fact that I already paid full price for the game already, which is not an issue I have with HotS.
I can understand if you may have an issue with the system, but I hope you can also understand that not everyone agrees with your assessment.

You should still have every item you previously owned in the new system. If something is missing, you should be contacting the support to check if something went wrong with the conversion to 2.0. A tip is to check your purchase history on the Battle.Net website as well. All your transactions should be in there, so if you need to present proof of purchase, your missing items should be in there.

I feel like they'll add a stun to her charge/flight honestly. Just a gut feeling, I'm not sure just the push from it would be strong enough with the fact that I highly doubt it will be as maneuverable as it is in Overwatch.
I don't quite recall HotS ever being equal in the points. I mean, Overwatch definitely isn't, so I don't see why HotS would be.

I'm actually quite fine with the loot boxes. You used to not be able to get any of the skins outside of the master skins with gold. You didn't get any loot what so ever for progressing in the game (again, outside master skins) and 2.0 is only providing people with that opportunity. I don't understand how you can be so upset about something that can only benefit you. You can even still buy bundles with money like you could before.
Sure 2.0 shouldn't really be labeled as revamping the whole game, however it did nothing but improve the loot system.
I do agree that they added, in my opinion, a bunch of pointless stuff to clutter the loot boxes, but who wouldn't? If the boxes were just heroes, skins, and mounts they would have to significantly decrease the rate at which you get these boxes to compensate, or else everyone would get everything in the game extremely fast. And some of this 'junk' simply isn't junk to some people. I couldn't care less about sprays, sketch portraits, or voice lines but some people really enjoy them. As an example, you think announcers are just clutter while I love hearing Abathur calling out my killing spree.
TL;DR: I feel the loot system changes are nothing but beneficial to players.

Wait, people are complaining about this?
I just got 12 heroes for free, out of which Samuro/Nazeebo/Zul'jin are pretty solid right now. And a shitton of skins/mounts I'd never have gotten before.
How is any of this bad?
Yes, of course boxes will be filled with junk for the most part, they need to make money. But I don't buy boxes so I don't really care.
Getting a shit sandwich for free doesn't automatically make it good.

I never said everyone did, which is funny since people who disagreed pretended I did (Like Endus did, and does a lot on here). Its obviously just my opinion. I even said earlier that all of my friends started playing more while I didn't. I'm not sure what else I could have done to say this is just my opinion.

Infested Tychus. I purchased Tychus with gold but I payed for the skin with USD. Both versions of infested Tychus are shown as not owned. I looked at my transaction history for blizzard and I indeed purchased it, so I am compiling a list of what I bought and will compare it when I go home for lunch and open a ticket.
his block would be health based instead of time based
his stun would lock a person then push back any others and stun if he hits a wall
also he has his earth shatter instead of nuke

both? you mean all 3? also can you link screenshos?
I'm at work right now but I am looking at all of my purchases and I don't remember seeing any of them as being owned after the update. I am at work right now about to go on lunch, so no screenshot. I only remember there being 2 infested tychus models so I will go home at lunch and look again just to make sure I'm not being dumb.
Except that a "shit sandwich" is something nobody could want.
What you're doing is like complaining about a free buffet because they have three types of finger sandwiches, two types of salad, and a cheese-and-charceuterie plate, when you REALLY wanted meatballs.
Well, it's still free. So what's the issue? You're getting something for free, where before you got nothing. Just because it isn't something you specifically WANT doesn't make it "shit".
