Especially since you're playing on a locked cpu. I have a SandyBridge myself but believe me, overclocking a 2500K to 4.5Ghz made a LOT of difference.

Buying a gpu to get fps increases in a game like wow is your problem.

I don´t understand how many people keeps saying "cpu is bottlenecking bro" and useful things as "Master Guns is online now

The op has a way better cpu than mine, ti version of the same gpu as i have but i get 50+ fps in raid, with slightly better video options.
Don´t people realize that the hardware he has is good enough for more than that and that the problem could be outdated addons (one addon i had installed was causing me to drop from 100+ fps outdoors to less than 10 fps) and outdated OS?
I strongly recommend you to update both of them, it makes a huuuuuuge difference.

Sorry 'bro'. I am glad, it shows you have no clue and you do not know how to explain.

Except he's actually right. WoW barely uses your GPU at all. At 1080p, a 750ti is capable of maxing out the game, if you have a CPU that can handle it that is.

The CPU is your bottleneck. It is i5 and only 2 cores. It is NOT a gaming CPU.
    2 Cores? Intel Core i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10 GHz is a 4 core processor...

Single core speed is king. 3.10 ghz is bad. Get over it.

Dial back down render scale to 100% and AA to only 2X, that CPU shouldn't be brought down to 20 FPS but you wouldn't get 60 FPS in raiding, render scaling is found in the advance tab.
