2. Nobody in their right mind would assume that some retards will shoot down passenger jet. It's quite hard to not understand what kind of target one is shooting at. BUK is not the simplest system in the world and requires knowledge.

Yes the Srebrenica massacre show that the Dutch can hold a grudge over a long time and use its little political influence to devastating effect. The most ironic is if the Russian did only say "Mistake hapen in war we are sorry" and payed som money to the relatives, then the incident would be almost forgotten now.

The BUK system that shot MH17 was brought in from the RF the same day it shot the passenger plane from the sky, and exited Ukraine the same night back to the RF. There were also many civilian flights over that area every day and there was a warning issued by the Ukrainian authorities to keep flying above 10 km, since all military aircrafts weren't above 6-7 km and the Rebels weren't supposed to have sophisticated SAM's to take down planes that high.

It really looks like the Russians deliberately brought in a SAM that could take out a civilian plane above 10 km and used it on purpose, and thats why this investigation is labeled a criminal investigation.

It won't because Ukrainians were part of "investigation" and it was lead by NATO countries, which started all that mess by trying to put their puppet in charge, which they successfully did. It wasn't an investigation, it was a frame job.

They were not flying their designed flight path, they were deliberately diverted to that area by ukrainian air traffic control (the person working the position at the time went missing shortly after the incident and was never interviewed for any of the investigations).
