Anyone ever been to a US Territory?

Has anyone on this forum ever been to either Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana or American Samoa?

Puerto Rico, on vacation. Can't remember if it was a cruise or a resort, you'd have to ask my mom.

Chuck Norris went to the Virgin Islands not too long ago.

Now they're just called the Islands.

I've lived on both American Samoa and Guam. Samoa for three-ish years and Guam for around ten.

I loved it. I spent from third grade to graduating from high school on Guam - then visited a few times in college. I really miss it, amazing island, food, people - just an overall great experience. For Samoa - I was there from six weeks old until two - then moved back to the states - then back to Samoa from first through second grade. Samoa is a lot smaller and less developed (when I was there at least - early 80's) but absolutely beautiful and a great place to explore as a kidlet.

I know - I consider myself very lucky. I was able to experience things a lot of people were not. However, I was similarly missing out on things that many statesiders (I assume) took for granted - squirrels, snow, four seasons, etc etc...

To be fair - there was never a request to explain why I was there My dad worked for the Federal Government, not the military - though we had base privileges.
