If Neapolitans (in Naples, Italy) do not use it, it does not belong.

Everyone has a different taste in this ofcourse, but i personally dislike anchovis on pizza just because the taste is so strong it kinda takes over all the flavors. (Guess it applies for most fish on pizza.)
Even if some porn will show you otherwise, a penis does not go on a pizza.
Cheese on toast is nice, but it isn't Pizza.

I like just about any topping on pizza. Even weird ones. I'm not a picky eater, but almost all food out there has been created with care of taste combinations. You're very rarely gonna find a surströmming-and-grapefruit pizza because that just don't work. As such, almost no matter what the thing you put on a pizza, I'll eat it. Though with some judgemental looks if you deviate it too far from the standard.
The thing that ticks me off is excess oil.
If you put too much oil-drenched toppings on a pizza (dried tomatoes, marinated garlic - you name it), you get some of that oil it was contained in alongside it.
That oil goes everywhere. And it gives the pizza the flavour of being deep fried. I do not enjoy that, because it's no longer pizza at that point.
Worst case abuse I've seen of this is a professional pizzeria that used deep pans for cooking. Now dceep pan or not - that's a preference thing; but a deep pan contains that oil. And if combined, the pizza bread is just gonna deep fry in that oil. I don't want my pizza deep fried.
So - excess oil it is.

You put meat on a pizza, and continue putting meat on it until your arm gets tired. You toss it in an oven, then soak the grease off of it when it comes out. Anything hard and crunchy does not belong on a pizza. Yeah, I'm talking about you, veggies.
If it's sweet or fruity it doesn't belong anywhere near a pizza.
