I think 80% of all my comments on YouTube is educating people that no, 2k isn't actually a common phone resolution and the phone in question doesn't have it.

In other news, I've decided I will donate my hair.
I just got inspired last week.
Definitely scary, I have had no experience with this before. But it should be long enough now, it goes past my breast area thingy word.

So after an hour of banging my head on the wall and still being unable to disable the Windows 10 lock screen (seriously that can fuck right off), I eventually realized that I'm on a build where MS has disabled most lockscreen-bypassing methods. The only way for me to update to a more modern build (where they've removed that apparently) is by joining the Windows Insider Program. For which I needed a Microsoft account.

After jumping through all those hoops I finnally got on build 15xxx, but apparently the lock screen fix is only on build 16xxx which isn't out yet.

I thought Win 10 was supposed to be user friendly or something. It feels like some personalization settings straight up lie to you and actually do fuck-all. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Definitely. But if the cut goes wrong or if it's handled wrong, it's botched. It took me three years of wanting long hair to get to this point. I can't just go in a week later and have another go.

I still haven't used win 10 for myself. I have not liked what I've seen on others' machines and it makes it unlikely that I will have Windows at all on my next build.
I also live under the impression that when corporations say "user friendly" they mean long pink nails with a coffee in their hand iPhone user, not a, well, power user.

Release is on build 15063 ("Creator's update")
Slow insider ring is on 15063 too
Fast insider ring is on 16188

If for whatever reason you just wanted to go to 16xxx you could just install the fast ring build instead.
