Added Sandy Wexler. Mediocre, but had an ok story (I think). The voice was incredibly annoying though, I don't understand why Adam Sandler constantly has to do that...

Added Life, Furious 8 and CHiPs!

Added several more movies (all Netflix ones). I'm going to see guardians tonight, so hopefully there will be an actual good movie on the list...

Added GotG Vol2. Wasn't the greatest of films, definitely 'lesser' than the first movie. It had some decent moments, which is why I've decided to give it a 7.4.

In other news... I got a subscription to my local cinema, enabling me to see all the movies I want for only 19 euros a month. Going to see 'Fast 8' tomorrow, 'king arthur' thursday evening and got 'the circle' friday morning.

19 euros a month? That would be insane if that was a thing at my cinema of choice, even if the IMAX screen likely would be excluded from that subscription.

Well, yeah. I have to pay a 'small' fee (1.5 euro or something like that) if I want to see a 3d or IMAX movie. Unfortunately my cinema doesn't have an IMAX (even though it's freshly built. It does have something called a 'Dolby Atmos Laser' room, which I'll be experiencing tomorrow for the first time).

    Edit:

Also, 'insane' as in ridiculously cheap, right?

Yes, I can easily pay 19+ euros for a single IMAX ticket here in Denmark.

I'm happy to live in the Netherlands then....

Also, just saw Fate of the Furious and I added it to my list. Mediocre (they're definitely milking it), but way better than most that Netflix has pushed out. It also had some decent moments.

I think i'd get on board with that... I mean, it's still another $15 bucks a trip for pretzel, pop and popcorn...

Updated to add Resident Evil:The Final Chapter

I wish my theater sold alcohol... or maybe I don't. Naw, i do. Even a 10% discount would be glorious. I do the whole shabang when I go to the theater. I enjoy the ambience and snacks. I guess I'll visit and be sure to check out the Shaolin Temple while I'm there!

I'd love to do that, but seeing as I (from now on) go to the theatre every 2 days or so it would be way too expensive, even with a discount. Also, no alcohol? Shame, it really is nice to sit in a comfy chair in front of a huge screen with a beer or two....

Edit: Also added XXX: The return of Xander Cage. Mediocre movie with a great cast, but with meh acting.

No one has added Lego Batman yet? That movie was fun.

I have. I believe it's being released on streaming services and DVD/blu-ray later this month, so I imagine more people will eventually watch it.

Added King Arthur: the Legend of the Sword. Again mediocre at best, so far the 'blockbusters' (that I've seen) this year haven't been great.

    Added The Circle
