Artifact Weapon Traits

Hi,

I've reached lvl 42 with The Silver Hand and already filled the extra 4 traits but wasn't I supposed to get 3 more after that? Already passed de 48M AP meta and still haven't got it. Is there any quest that I have to pick or something like that?

If so, it's properly empowered. If not, you need to do a quest for Khadgar.

fill out every trait...every 3/4 one and you'll get access to concordence of the legionfall. that's it for now.

Thankfully, we do get an extra rank on old traits.
