It's actually true that if a person grows up around people who are predominately one race, they have trouble recognizing the common distinguishing factors of other races later in life which leads to them looking more similar among each other. Even if you're a white person who grew up in an Asian country, you might think most other white people look very similar. So, not really racist.

Did you not read what I linked? It explains that it's literally what happens when you grow up around people of specific races. I don't have as much trouble recognizing black or white people because they're pretty common in the population around me, asians are not. So, I can't recognize the difference between a korean, chinese, japanese, etc or tell them apart as easily.
