No, at this point he should be impeached for trying to stamp out an investigation into his own campaign and associates and because the FBI refused to kiss the ring, which is a gross abuse of executive power. These are two of the things that Nixon was hit with: obstruction of justice and abuse of power.

He basically handed a case for impeachment to his opponents when such a case had been tenuous before. It's like a late Christmas present.
