Considering some of the people Trump appointed are nothing but money grubbing capitalist assholes, that's not saying much. They are just as narcacisstic as Trump is.

Anyone who thinks that is as deluded as Trump supporters are ... Trump is literally in his own category.

Trump is so removed from reality, he can't even stop continuous incrimination of himself... that's pretty unique in the history of political criminals.

Why do people insist on people concerned about the future of human civilisation 'special snowflakes' ?

The traditional term for this kind of person is rational.

Yeah, but in this case - the sky (climate change and nukes) is on the edge of falling.

Insane conspiracy theories are banned on this forum... unless they are anti-Trump, because apparently anything that is anti-Trump goes. It's really insane that so many people have been actively advocating for the overturn of a fair election for half a year now.

Louise Mensch is a conspiracy theorist.

    - - - Updated - - -

She has said in the past that Putin had Andrew Breitbart murdered so Steven Bannon could take over Breitbart.com

Given what's gone on the past few weeks with Trump-Russia, no, this is hardly "insane" or a "conspiracy theory" at all.

As for overturning a fair election. Yeah... Hillary lost because she and her moron staff forgot to campaign in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvannia. However this isn't about reversing an election. It's about solving an entirely different issue: Donald Trump is illegitimate.

Legitimacy comes not just from THAT a person wins a contest, but how they won it and what they do after.

Donald Trump legitimatly won the election.
His behavior and statements before the election and that plus specific actions after his election, have all but killed his legitimacy.

This is an abject lesson in obtaining and weilding power with wisdom and prudence, not imbecilic childishness.

You want an itemized list of Trump's more recent legitimacy killing behavior? The Times shall provide.

If you are the president, you may freely:

    • attack private citizens on Twitter

    • delegitimize federal judges who rule against you

    • refuse to take responsibility for military actions gone awry

    • fire the F.B.I. chief in the middle of his expanding investigation into your campaign and your associates

    • accuse a former president, without evidence, of an impeachable offense

    • employ top aides with financial and other connections to a hostile foreign power

    • blame the judiciary, in advance, for any terror attacks

    • call the media “the enemy of the American people”

    • demand personal loyalty from the F.B.I. director

    • threaten the former F.B.I. director

    • accept foreign payments to your businesses, in possible violation of the Constitution

    • occupy the White House with the help of a hostile foreign power

    • intimidate congressional witnesses

    • allow White House staff members to use their personal email for government business

    • neglect to fill thousands of crucial federal government positions for months

    • claim, without evidence, that millions of people voted illegally

    • fail to fire high-ranking members of your national security team for weeks, even after knowing they lied to your vice president and exposed themselves to blackmail
All of it is sourced by the way. But yes, Donald Trump is illegitimate and like losing your virginity, there's no undoing that.

Bill Palmer and Louise Mensch are not credible sources.

I do expect an impeachment attempt but to use those? Hell no.

So one source is a conspiracy theorist, the other an unheard-of political pundit. You linked two random blogs no one has ever heard of and one of which (Palmer Report) has conspiracy theories and random hack job articles on its front page.

If this was a credible story don't you think there would be more credible outlets for it?

Neither are conspiracy theorists .... and one of them isn't unheard of.

Be rational ... investigate, I certainly did well before I posted the thread.

I also emphasised these are 'reports' not 'facts' and also that this is not about any prosecution of Trump....

So someone who says that they absolutely believe Andrew Breitbart was murdered by Putin is not a conspiracy theorist? He died of a heart attack and he had heart disease and that is what all credible sources on the subject reported.

When I "investigated" this, I could find no sources except the Palmer blog which cites random Twitter pundits with "inside sources" in its articles. This one for instance.
    http://www.palmerreport.com/opinion/...st-month/2751/

You have no credible sources on this and that is why major news outlets haven't picked up this dead-end story.

This thread is coming from someone who has said things like this recently:

Well, as long as you avoid the US dictionary definitions of fascism, and socialism - which were incorrect from day one. Then you'll be find.
So it is kind of worrying that people might take you seriously.

I find it hilarious, from an outside view, that people actually want Trump out when he has actually not been that bad. He stopped one of the most criminal trade agreements to every be proposed in the history of mankind (TPP). And to my knowledge, he hasn't ordered anyone killed like his opponent did (Seth Rich was killed by Clinton).

Those same people let someone drive the country $9.3 TRILLION in debt, and are sad to see the guy go (Obama).

Some people are really really dumb and get all of their information from mainstream media, without even thinking for themselves in any sort of capacity.

I still haven't seen Trump do anything terrible, so I don't get where the hate comes from.

All I ever hear is "OMG HE SAID SOMETHING THAT OFFENDED ME" from SJWs. Good, if you're offended, then you deserve to be offended.

Once his actions start turning treasonous like the last few presidents, then I'll start being concerned.

    Yes. They would.

Except that these two, specifically, have had very specific stories weeks/months prior to the more credible outlets reporting it. That's why they're given a level of a credibility enough to, at least for the moment, look past Mensch's ramblings.
