There is some "initial info/leak" indicating that the NY AG's office is pushing a RICO investigation, and that they have enough at the moment to move forward with subpoena's and indictments.

There have been subpoena's issued against Manafort too now, but the news about it has gotten buried under the landslide against Trump over the last few days. They are going after his property deals and I'm assuming whether they were used to launder dirty money.

Now if they are going after him in this way what are the odds they are going after the much bigger fish and property dealer, Trump, in exactly the same way? I'd say close to 100%. But its going to be a much more closely guarded secret so we will be less likely to hear about it.

I would say the odds are very high. RICO is an amazing law, if you aren't familiar with it, I would take a quick wiki gander. Essentially, if any one person in an "organization" has committed a crime, everyone in the organization who "benefited" from that action is equally culpable.

The strategy is typically to either get someone to plea to a charge, or get a conviction, and then literally roll out the RICO indictments to any and all.

(that is not precise, so others please don't hammer me on this)

A relatively simple state RICO indictment could take down Manafort, the Kushners, and the Trumps. No joke.
